So, on OkCupid, you have your homescreen, much like any other social networking site (which is what I’ve gathered OkC really is). You get updates on people, but not your “friends” per se… But just any random person who OkCupid thinks you fit in well with or perhaps someone who looked at your page or someone who’s page you’ve looked at.
Yadda yadda yadda. There’s no real ryhme or reason to who pops up on your homescreen. And thank GOD for that because if there was, I might have to do some serious soul-searching to figure out why in the world these dudes are on my homescreen.
Anyway, here’s a few gems from today:
Um. Seriously. Old dude? This isn’t ok. If you were like in your early twenties and a total douche bag horndog, then I’d be like, you know… “Typical!” But this dude is almost 50 years old! I don’t want to hear about what age you were when you started masturbating!
Ok, so I went and looked at this one. In context, it’s not nearly as creepy. Someone posted a picture of some sort of “Butt Rub” pork seasoning… Insert lots of lame old ladies saying “Rub my ass! Make it all better!” and then this guy. It’s like picturing my dad saying something like this to our waitress at a BBQ joint.
STOP IT!
*sigh* This dude is all.over.the.forums. He shows up with forum posts on my homescreen damn near everyday. And if you’re wondering why he’s using THAT picture for his main picture, well… He’s not working with much.
Yea. This dude has this on his profile. *sigh* Seriously.
As an aside, my son has a tshirt w/ that bar of soap saying “Rub me on your butt!” He’s nearly outgrown it and it makes me so sad.
