Kinda with you on the MySpace linking, here. Except for the Facebook thing. Like Julie said, my facebook has WAY more info on it about me, and I'm linked only to family and actual friends. I don't think I'd want some one knowing all that all up front.
.-= Asha´s last blog ..<a href="http://mamacrazy0786.wordpress.com/2009/07/11/190/" rel="nofollow">A New Leaf?</a> =-.

Well, he's either fibbing about his age or he's fibbing about his experience. But at least he's not telling us how great he is at pleasuring his ladies! ;)

Re: Myspace linking --> To me, it's just lazy. It's like, you don't want to spend the time telling someone about you. I am immediately turned off when someone does this. If you can't make the effort to type something into your profile, what kind of effort are you going to make for me?

In defense of MySpace, I'd much rather send a guy that profile (yep, still got one) than connect on Facebook. My MS profile is open to the public and has pics and limited information beyond the basics (music, hobbies, etc.), and I use it mostly to keep up with bands. My FB pate, on the other hand, is pretty complete and is completely locked down. I'm connected only to people I know, including about 75% of my extended family. No way in hell I want some random dude getting that much info about me up front.

Different approaches to the 'tubes, I guess, but I find MS useful for this kind of thing precisely because no one uses it anymore!
