In my ideal world, there is official legislature that entitles any and all women, upon hearing or hearing of a man uttering such a violent, sickeningly misogynistic statement, to hunt him down and kill him via repeated kicks to the solar plexus.

Speaking as a man, I have to vehemently disagree with you and object to your ideas. It should be death from repeated kicks to the crotch area. More painful and would take far far more time to kill, and if for some reason he survives reproduction if not sexual intercourse of any kind will be impossible.
