FTWF: Boot Print On My Neck

I’m really good at keeping it real. People are always stopping me on the street say, “Hey Jon. Good job keeping it real.” And I’m like, “Thanks.”

(He’s the dude on the ground.) Keep it real, Jon!

    • This guy will probably be able to tolerate a lot more punishment that your regular OK Cupider (who already have a higher than average punishment threshold).

Also, sometimes I feel like professional wrestling and online dating are similar in their theatrics.

i used to date a faux-wrestler. can i tell you, these guys are all really obnoxious, and think they’re so freaking awesome. He never had a sense that doing this made him a dork. i’d say, “it’s fake, right? you know you’re going to win, or lose.” and he’d say, “we’ll, we’re really, you know, working out there. and it’s not really choreographed – we whisper each other the moves when we’re passing so we know what’s coming. and we practice, so, you know, we don’t really get hurt.” this from a guy who always had something broken and was missing a tooth.

i know what you’re thinking – I dated him full well knowing he was a wrestler. i tried not to hold it against him – he was a pretty nice guy in general terms. but you’d never catch me dating a wrestler again… i married a banker.

Hey Jon, thanks for keeping it real… also for stepping on my neck. You’re the man.

Too bad about the insane picture — that caption is hilarious. I’d almost go out with someone based on that alone.
